How do I care for my Azante Jewelry?

For best results, store all jewelry in the ziploc bag that came with your order. To keep your jewelry looking like new, avoid water, lotions and perfumes which can tarnish the metal and harm the clay components. Your Azante Jewelry is meant to last for years, with proper care.

Polymer Clay Jewelry - Because polymer clay is slightly flexible after curing, it can be scratched more easily than metal. Be sure to store your earrings away from other metal jewelry and in a place where it can’t be bent or broken. You can clean make-up or other dirt from the clay by gently using a q-tip dipped in rubbing alcohol.

Brass Jewelry or Components - Brass may tarnish or darken over time. It is easily cleaned with a soft jewelry cloth or jewelry tarnish remover.

Leather Jewelry - Upcycled leather jewelry is easy to care for by simply wiping any oils or makeup off with a soft cloth.

Acrylic jewelry - Acrylic components can be scratched or broken if not stored correctly. Keep them in the pouch included when not wearing.

What can I expect from handmade wearable art?

Because Azante jewelry is handcrafted and one-of-a-kind, there may be some slight variances from the photo on the website. This is the beauty of artisan made! There may be some slight imperfections in the clay - examples may include very small bubbles or small marks that in no way affect the functionality or overall aesthetic appeal of the item. Remember, polymer clay, leather and gemstones are all very unique. Please treat them with care and you will enjoy them for years to come!


How long does it take to receive my order?
Most items ship the next business day. I ship USPS First Class Mail and domestic packages generally arrive in 3-5 days. Please understand that postal delays are out of my control. If you need something shipped via Express Mail or Priority Mail, please let me know and that can be done for an extra fee.

What is your return or exchange policy?

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me asap by emailing cherilarson@ymail.com. I want to make it right and if I can't, I'll gladly accept a return or make an exchange if your item is received in unworn condition within 30 days. (Custom or modified items are final sale and not returnable.) 

Once I receive the item in unworn condition, you will be issued a credit for the total amount of the item. It will be automatically applied to your original form of payment. Shipping charges are not refundable.

How will my item be packaged?

All earrings are packaged on an earring card. Depending on the size and shape, they will either be gift packaged in an organza bag or a jewelry box. I also include a small ziploc bag for keeping your jewelry clean and protected while not wearing it. If you would like a gift card enclosed, please let me know. The beauty of buying from a “maker” is that I’m more than happy to take the time to add that special touch to your gift.
